The Department of Accountancy aims to provide in depth knowledge of Accountancy as it forms the core of Commerce faculty. The Department has 100% qualified faculty and focuses on quality education to learners.
Various activities are conducted to enhance core knowledge of accountancy.
Department of Economics aims to co- relate the academia to the real economic scenario. The Department organizes various activities and programmes to develop keen interest in the subject matter thereby making economics more interesting and practical. Experts are invited from various organisations like Stock Exchange, SEBI etc. for interaction with the learners.
The Bachelor of commerce in Accounting and Finance has a strong emphasis on developing analytical skill and offer a solid grounding and professional competence in all aspects of commerce required for careers in the business and corporate sectors. While the course is primarily theoretical, there is good blend of projects, case studies and industrial visit to enable a students to get well versed with the functioning of industry.
BBI programme has always been one of the popular career choice amongst the students for those who wish to make a career in Banking and Insurance field.

The PG Department enables students to attain a larger view by providing practical exposure to the business and entrepreneur world. Students are given the platform to explore various aspects of Accounting and Managerial skills by being a part of various activities like Quiz, Debates, guidance by industry experts etc. This ensures increasing subject knowledge with a view to keep updated with the global challenges.
