Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

  1. The college is officially recognized as a Gujarati Linguistic Minority Institution by the government of Maharashtra. Hence 50% seats are reserved for the Gujarati Linguistic Minority Community.
  2. The college or management does not charge any capitation fee or any kind of Donation.
  3. The college strictly follows the admission procedure and time schedule as set by the University of Mumbai which is displayed on the notice board from time to time.
  4. Kindly keep the following documents ready while filling online admission forms:
    a)Recent Passport size color photograph with white background (JPEG format, Size 50KB)
    b)Signature (JPEG format, Size 20KB)
    c) ADHAAR Card
  5. HSC original marksheet will be retained by the college. Hence, Students Must keep adequate photocopies of HSC marksheet for future requirements.
  6. Original documents need to be produced by verification at the time of admission.
  7. Admission will be treated as provisional until all documents & certificates are submitted and confirmed as eligible by the University of Mumbai.
  8. Fees will be paid online only after verification of relevant documents.
  9. Admission will be confirmed subject to payment of fees.

FY-BCOM / FY-BBI / FY-BAF / FY-BMS Admission Process

  1. Fill admission form on mum.digitaluniversity.ac which is mandatory.
  2. Fill online admission form on the college portal atwww.gurukulcollegeofcommerce/admission
  3. Log in with the Form No. and password printed on the last page of the college prospectus.
  4. Submit two copies each of the admission form along with relevant documents.
  5. Merit list will be displayed as per university norms.

First Year M.Com (Adv. Accountancy/ Bus.Management) Sem I and II – Admission Process

  1. Fill admission form on mum.digitaluniversity.ac which is mandatory.
  2. Fill online admission form on the college portal at www.gurukulcollegeofcommerce/admission
  3. Log in with the Form No. and password printed on the last page of the college prospectus.
  4. Submit two copies each of the admission form along with relevant documents.
  5. Merit list will be displayed as per university norms.

    1. communication will be done through the registered E-mail ID and mobile no.
    1. 5. Details on physical submission of relevant documents and will be notified on the website
    from time to time.

    1. 1. Log on to www.gurukulcollegeofcommerce/admission
    1. 2. Download Prospectus
    1. 3. Click on “Online Admission Form”
    1. 4. Read the instructions carefully and Click on “Proceed to login form”
    1. 5. Log in with Student UID as username as well as password.
    1. 6. Verify all details/Edit wherever applicable
    1. 7. Pay the exact fees as mentioned through any one of the following modes:
    1. a. Internet Banking
    1. b. Credit card
    1. c. Generate Challan and pay cash in SBI Bank
    1. 8. Fill all relevant details in the google form and upload your payment receipt on
